Ambient house kingpins The Orb have announced UK dates and venues for their upcoming world tour in November this year.

Following the due success of their acclaimed 2015 LP 'Moonbuilding 2073 AD' on Kompakt Records, the duo have announced the dates for individual live events in several UK cities, including London, Brighton, Bristol and Manchester.

BMC ANNOUNCES 2016 DATES

The UK's leading annual electronic music conference has announced the dates for its third-year event in 2016, taking place on Thursday 14th April and Friday 15th April.

BMC has already established itself as a leading event in electronic music at its most recent conference this year, which gave rise to representative appearances from the likes of Beatport, Ibiza Rocks, Native Instruments, BBC Radio 1, Hospital Records and more.

DOROTHY LAUNCHES COLLECTION OF ICONIC PRINTS OF THE HACIENDA

Four of the nation’s favourite lost but not forgotten music venues, The Haçienda (pictured below), Wigan Casino, London Astoria and Eel Pie Island Hotel, are the newest additions to Dorothy’s Lost Destination series of prints.

The series, which takes inspiration from the iconic travel posters of the first half of the 20th century, celebrates iconic buildings that have since been closed — or worse — totally demolished.
