From humble beginnings as a radio station, the BigCityBeats brand has grown to become something of a musical empire in Germany. In 10 years, the company has added many strings to its bow, including a television show, magazine, club nights and even a successful record label. And then, of course, there is World Club Dome, also known as the biggest club in the world. Sorry, that should probably be: THE BIGGEST CLUB IN THE WORLD. Much better.

FULL LINE-UP ANNOUNCED FOR WORLD CLUB DOME

BigCityBeats WORLD CLUB DOME will welcome the globe's best DJs – including Avicii, Hardwell and David Guetta – to Frankfurt's Commerzbank-Arena on 5th - 7th June 2015.

Sprawling across 12 floors and featuring over 150 acts, UK group Faithless will launch their latest tour at the festival in front of 40,000 party goers, alongside the biggest names in EDM, house and techno.

AVICII & DAVID GUETTA CONFIRMED FOR WORLD CLUB DOME

BigCityBeats are planning to turn the epic Commerzbank Arena in Frankfurt into the ‘world’s biggest club’ when their three-day festival WORLD CLUB DOME lands this June!

And when you want to launch the world’s biggest club, you need the world’s biggest artists. The BigCityBeats crew have this covered after confirming that Avicii & David Guetta will respectively open and close the festival.

ISLE OF DREAMS ISRAEL CANCELLED

Isle Of Dreams, the electronic music event that was scheduled to take place in three different locations next week, has just announced the cancellation of its Israel event.

The Turkey event, due to take place on August 5th — 7th, has also been postponed.

The festival in Switzerland is still expected to go ahead as planned.

AUSTRALIA'S VICIOUS MARKS 21ST BIRTHDAY

Vicious, Australia's longest-running dance music label, is marking its 21st birthday in style. As well as a heavyweight compilation, the label is embarking on a club tour, hosting an art installation — and offering budding producers a great prize in a remix competition.

Vicious has had over 500 releases in its 21 years, and has provided a platform for early material by Avicii, Dirty South (pictured above), Madison Avenue, Rogue Traders and many others.

AVICII & AFROJACK HOSPITALISED IN MIAMI

Miami is now in full swing, with Collins Avenue bustling with party people enjoying the pool parties and gearing up for Ultra this weekend.

But the DJs don’t seem to be fairing so well. Yesterday Avicii cancelled his show at the SLS (his official, branded hotel for Miami Music Week) amidst reports that he had been rushed to hospital.
