A new book celebrates legendary Glasgow club The Arches.
Announced last November, Brickwork: A Biography of The Arches is an oral history by two of the club's former employees, novelist Kirstin Innes and comedian David Bratchpiece.
fabric have announced details of a fundraiser event for ex-promoter Shaun Roberts.
On Thursday, 18th November, the London club will host A Dance For Shaun, a fundraiser for life-extending treatment for Roberts. Among the names set to perform include Fatboy Slim, Annie Mac, Erol Alkan, Daniel Avery and a DJ set by the Chemical Brothers. Check out the full line-up below.

Forum Birmingham is giving away 1000 free tickets to NHS and hospitality workers for the club's opening party on Friday 3rd September.
The Midlands space has a full capacity of 3,500 and will offer a further 1,000 free entry spots to mailing list subscribers. 1000 free drinks will also be given away on the night in a partnership with Coors. All remaining tickets will cost £15.

Announced today, Special Request, the hardcore rave alias of Paul Woolford, has remixed two versions of Alkan's 2018 track 'Spectrum'.
The 'Spectrum (Special Request Mixes)' will be released on the 24th January, and includes an acid-infused "Kaleidoscopic Mix", as well as a "Double Vision Mix".

Much-loved London festival Field Day is leaving its long-term home of Victoria Park in 2018.
The new location is still under wraps, but the 2018 edition will be taking place over the weekend of Saturday 2nd June.
Field Day is renowned as an eclectic festival with electronic music very much at its core. The first ever Field Day in August 2007 featured then Trash resident Erol Alkan and Electreland among others.
