Helena Hauff is set to mix the BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix this week, with the show due to air this Saturday 25th February 2017.
It's the first time the Hamburg-based DJ/producer has crafted a slot for the famous mix series, hosted by Radio 1 resident and UK broadcasting legend Pete Tong.
Helena follows mixes from Tube & Berger, My Nu Leng and Adriatique who all spun Essential Mix slots previously in February.

Into The Valley, taking place 29th June through 1st July 2017 in Estonia, has announced the next wave of artists set to perform later this year, including Ricardo Villalobos, Rhadoo and Helena Hauff, amongst others.
Dekmantel festival is set to kick off at Amsterdame Bos this year, running from 2nd through 6th August 2017.
The first names for the event have been announced via a cryptic video message, which was uploaded to the Dutch festival’s channels yesterday evening.
Headliners include Floating Points, Helena Hauff, Motor City Drum Ensemble, DJ Nobu and Joy Orbison, while Irish duo Bicep are implied with the words “Feel my [Bodypart]”. Palms Trax, Dopplereffekt, Larry Heard, Vakula and Robert Hood are also hinted at in the video.
BBC Radio 1 has announced the new artists joining the station for its Residency series in 2017, with Deadmau5, Eats Everything, Helena Hauff, Jessy Lanza and Metrik all added to the team.
Radio 1’s Residency incorporates two shows on a Thursday night, the first from 10pm to midnight, and the second midnight through until 1am, with Kölsch, Will Atkinson and Logan Sama continuing to form a part of the line-up.
The introduction of the new artists marks the end of Steve Angello, Oliver Heldens, Heidi, George FitzGerald and Louisahhh’s regular slot on BBC Radio 1’s Residency.
In:Motion has revealed the full line-up for its New Year’s Day 2017 party at Motion in Bristol, and it’s huge.
The 33 artist bill features Ben Klock, Tale Of Us, Jackmaster, KiNK, Steffi, Nastia, Jeremy Underground, Gerd Jansen, Axel Boman, ItaloJohnson, Helena Hauff, Hodge and many more on deck.
This year’s In:Motion series has already welcomed Joseph Capriati, Eats Everything, Kölsch, Craig Richards, Felix Dickinson, Roni Size, Congo Natty, Oneman and more, just two weeks into the Autumn series.
London club Phonox have announced their line-up for the second quarter of 2016.
Highlights include Bicep on 1st April, Ninja Tune’s Seven Davis Jr. on 29th April, and Hamburg producer Helena Hauff and Hessle Audio’s Pearson Sound, who will go back to back on Friday 6th May.
On 15th May, Bristol crew Livity Sound will takeover the Brixton club with sets coming from Kowton and Peverelist and support from Anthony Naples.
