Fabric is selling its Room Two soundsystem on eBay with half the proceeds being donated to Corsica co-founder Amana Moss, who is raising funds for her cancer treatment in Germany.
On sale via eBay, the current bidding is sat at £9,700 with just over a week to still go on the auction.
"After 16 and a half years of reliable service in Room Two, we're now selling our Martin Audio speaker system," reads the listing on eBay.
Now that fabric’s future is secure, the club is really doubling-down with its line-ups — and April’s looks like the best yet.
Featuring sets from Underground Resistance Presents: Depth Charge (Mad Mike & Mark Flash Live), John Hopkins (who is curating his own night), and electro forefathers Egyptian Lovers, April’s selections are a real statement of intent.
Fabric has revealed its full line-ups for March, which comprises a raft of names including Rødhåd, Seth Troxler, Apollonia, Sasha, Marcel Dettmann, Dave Clarke, Roman Flügel and many more.
Dystopian head honcho Rødhåd curates his own night on Friday 24th March, which sees Silent Servant, Tasha, Monoloc, Tobias (live) and Jon Hester all join the German techno don at the Farringdon venue.
Four Tet has warned that not enough is being done to save London nightlife in a new interview about how the UK capital’s nightlife is in jeopardy.
“What worries me is nothing’s being done fast enough,” Four Tet, real name Kieran Hebden, told Pitchfork. “We’re gonna lose everything, and then everyone’s gonna wake up and be like, ‘Oh well, we don’t have any nightlife, we should try and build some up now.’ That doesn’t come out of nowhere—it takes years.”
Fabric are teaming up with famous British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood next month, to host a Mad Max-themed clubnight with music from A Guy Called Gerald.
Titled SWITCH, the night will be built around Westwood's Climate Revolution charity, and is billed as “an exclusive night in aid of climate change”.
There will also be a speech by Westwood at the event, alongside sustainable energy fund Ecotricity’s Dale Vince, with a DJ set from A Guy Called Gerald.
Call Super will join the long list of esteemed contributors to Fabric's self-titled mix series later this month.

Fabric nightclub has announced its long-running Friday night series FABRICLIVE will no longer take place every week.
Although the venue will reopen with a FABRICLIVE night on Friday 6th January, following its successful battle to regain its licence over the past few months, the club announced via its blog that FABRICLIVE will then only be held on the last Friday of the month, along with "a bunch of Bank Holiday specials and other one offs".
fabric has released its sixth transparency statement, which shows that the Farringdon venue has been left with over £100,000 from the #saveourculture fund they launched in September.
